Pangasinan State University top management led by University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas paid a courtesy visit to newly-installed Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education. Dr. Shirley C.Agrupis.
Sharing in the jubilation were former PSU President and now Administrator of the Philippine Coconut Authority Dr. Dexter R. Buted and PSU Vice President for Local and International Affairs, Dr. Ian D. Evangelista.
Dr. Agrupis, who previously served as President of Mariano Marcos State University, was appointed as CHED Chairperson by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on May 29, 2025, after serving as one of the CHED Commissioners since last year.
