Pangasinan State University officially sealed a partnership with the Occidental Mindoro State College on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 paving the way for a robust academic cooperation on research initiatives.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by PSU President Dr. Elbert M. Galas and OMSC President Dr. Elbert C. Edaniol in Occidental Mindoro, marking another milestone in academic synergy and faculty development programs.
The two President Elberts were joined by PSU Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation, Dr. Razeale G. Resultay, and OMSC Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Norma B. Muyot, who served as official witnesses to the partnership.
The academic alliance reflects PSUβs vision to become an industry-driven state university and its mission to equip its faculty and future educators with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in todayβs interconnected society.
With more local partnerships, PSU continues to enhance and facilitate collaborative research projects and joint innovative processes aimed at addressing shared academic and societal challenges especially with its stature as national ASIN Center.
