Radiating with elegance and triumph, PSU exemplars were recognized for their excellent services and fruitful contributions. The exemplars include service awardees, retirees, and posthumous awardees. This also include those who are recognized for their outstanding achievements in the fields of instruction, research, extension and innovation.
𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐌. 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬 said the momentous occasion is not only to celebrate accomplishments but to honor the light that every PSUnian brings to the University.
“The theme “Radiance in Reverence” perfectly mirrors the spirit of this occasion, a time to shine with gratitude, to look back with respect and to move forward with renewed purpose. It is a day of reflection and recognition for the men and women whose commitment keeps our university strong and steadfast,” President Galas said.
Serving as Guest of Honor and Speaker is 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 of the Civil Service Commission who said that more than an awards night, the event is a profound journey of reflection, appreciation and inspiration.
“PSU serves as a well spring of competent human capital, honed to productively contribute to address our country’s concerns. The event theme resonates deeply with the transformative power of animating the workforce, reflective of the respect and the reverence for the high performing, competent and empowered human capital. The principle underlying the giving of rewards and awards, is acknowledging excellence in our midst, quiet in performance of duties but undoubtedly with loud commitment and dedication. Kailangang magpatupad tayo ng programang nagbibigay halaga sa mga lingkod bayan ng oamahalaan. HIndi laming puro trabaho dahil may paraan upang pataasin ang motibasyon at morale ng mga kawani,” Atty. Pangulayan said.
The Commissioner went on to laud PSU as a bronze awardee of the Program to Institute Meritocracy and Excellence (PRIME-HRM), which he said is a “testament to the quality of service that you contribute to the statement of people power in this university.”

The 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 headed by 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐚𝐧 𝐃. 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 and 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐑𝐌𝐎 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐝𝐞𝐦 led the annual event that brought two tether university and campus employees.
In the quest of promoting and providing quality education, Pangasinan State University, which marked its 46th founding anniversary this year, tirelessly imparted the tradition of celebrating success like this event to commend dedicated individuals serving the public.
