๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ก, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ปโThe Pangasinan Provincial Jail (PPJ), in partnership with the Pangasinan State University (PSU), led the conduct of a two-day livelihood training project for persons deprived of liberty (PDL) on September 16 to 17 here.
Said undertaking formed part of the continuing efforts and initiative of Gov. Ramon V. Guico III to implement restorative and transformative justice programs through spiritual nurture, alternative learning systems, livelihood training, and anti-drug use campaigns among PDLs.
Retired PLTCOL. Lovell U. Dalisay, represented by Administrative Assistant III Antonio Del Rosario Santos, assured that PPJ is doing its best to provide training as a rehabilitation program to help PDLs attain self-development, empowerment, and reformation so that they may become productive contributors to the community in the future.
