Piping hot and savory arrozcaldo greeted every PSUnian at the Lingayen Campus as the Guicosina truck rolls for breakfast on a sunny Monday.
The Guicosina truck is a mobile kitchen initiative of the provincial government of Pangasinan led by Governor Ramon ‘Mon-Mon’ Guico III designed to deliver hot meals and relief goods to residents, particularly during disasters like typhoons.
Led by local government efforts through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office ( PSWDO) the Guicosina truck delivers hot, ready-to-eat meals for the public.
This time, the feeding program rolled at the PSU grounds, in preparation for the Students Festival, as coordinated by Campus Executive Director, Dr. Marie Claire Briones.
