The prestigious Plaque of Recognition was conferred by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. on March 24, 2026, during the grand opening ceremonies of the 39th AACCUP Annual National Conference and General Assembly at the iconic Century Park Hotel, Manila. The award, which celebrates PSU’s remarkable accreditation milestones throughout 2025, was presented by AACCUP Executive Director Dr. Milabel Enriquez-Ho, President/Chairman Dr. Anthony M. Penaso, and the distinguished members of the AACCUP Board of Trustees.
This national success is the result of a powerful and enduring legacy of leadership. Our rise to the Top 3 was further fueled by the strategic oversight of Dr. Celeste T. Mercado, Vice President for Quality Assurance, and the dedicated efforts of Mr. William V. Cayetano, Director for Quality Assurance, both of whom navigated the rigorous path to Level III status with unparalleled precision and dedication.
