United in purpose and steadfast in vision, Presidents of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) from the entire Philippines converged in a powerful display of solidarity for the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges – National Culture and Arts Festival (PASUC-NCAF) 2026 being held at the West Visayas State University in Iloilo City today, April 8.

This activity also served as a venue for the SUC Presidentsโ dialogue with CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley Agrupis and PASUC National Chair, Dr. Tirso Ronquillo.
Today also serves as the opening day of the NCAF 2026.
