Transparency and accountability remain at the forefront of Pangasinan State University as it successfully concluded its Exit Conference with the Commission on Audit (COA) held at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR), PSU Lingayen Campus, April 29, 2026.
The meeting was led by COA Audit Team Leader Mr. Abraham Junio together with Ms. Janette G. Yago, COA OIC-Supervising Auditor and University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas to discuss audit observations and recommendations aimed at further strengthening the university’s financial management and operations.
Joining the productive dialogue were Vice President for Administration and Finance Management Dr. Jeanilyn L. Villanueva, Vice President for Academic and Student Services Dr. Weenalei T. Fajardo, Vice President for Research, Extension and Innovation Dr. Razeale G. Resultay, Vice President for Quality Assurance Dr. Celeste T. Mercado, and Vice President for Local and International Affairs Dr. Renato E. Salcedo. Campus Executive Directors, other university officials and campus accountants also contributed to the comprehensive review of the university’s fiscal standing.
