A landmark milestone unfolded at the Audio-Visual Room, Lingayen Campus, on June 24, 2026, as Pangasinan State University formalized its commitment to cross-border academic excellence through a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Huachiew Chalermprakiet University of Thailand.
This historic agreement officially strengthens the bond between the institutions, providing a strategic framework for future collaborations. The MOU opens the door for vibrant, mutually beneficial initiatives, including faculty and student mobility, visiting lectures, joint research projects, international academic exchanges, and collaborative open and distance learning networks.
