Pangasinan State University employees in the Lingayen and Main Campuses received their free flu vaccination administered by the University Infirmary team on January 6, 2025 onwards.
University Physician Dr. Christia Posadas-Flores said the vaccines were given by the Rural Health Unit I and II of the Municipality of Lingayen and another batch from RHU III will arrive soon.
Dr. Flores said 88 slots were given to PSU for the first batch and priority was given to employees with comorbidities.
The vaccination will continue with the arrival of more vaccines to cover all employees, she added.
Moreover, PSUnians from the eight other campuses were also given free flu vaccines courtesy of the local government units where the campuses are located.
University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas thanked the PHO, LGUs, RHUs and medical teams for the free medical care to PSUnians.
