Different units under Students and Alumni Affairs Office underwent two-day workshop last July 15-16 to revise quality management system (QMS) process manuals ensuring process conformity and customers’ satisfaction.

Prof. Celeste T. Mercado, SAA Director, spearheaded the workshop to obtain initial updates on technical and procedural changes on Marketing; Admission, Guidance and Testing; Enrolment; Scholarship; Sports Development; Culture and Arts; Medical and Dental; Library Service; and Student Grievance processes to improve operational performance.

Also present in the meeting were: Dr. Manolito C. Manuel, VP for Academic and Student Affairs; Mr. William V. Cayetano, Director for Monitoring and Evaluation; Dr. Billy T. Festijo, Director for Institutional Assessment and Accreditation; Ms. Sheila Marie G. Malicdem, University Document Custodian; and other university heads and campus coordinators.

Said activity is also timely as the university migrates to Educational Organization Management Standard (EOMS) from its current ISO 9001:2015.
