It means all children in the same classrooms, in the same schools are provided real learning opportunities for groups who have traditionally been excluded – not only children with disabilities, but speakers of minority languages too”.-Unicef
The Pangasinan State University, anchored from its Guiding Philosophy “Education for all” welcomes and provides quality education to students with disabilities and those from indigenous groups by responding to their special needs.

With this, PSU provided SIM cards with free load to the members of Indigenous Groups (Kankanaey, Bago, and Ibaloi) from Brgy. Mapita Aguilar enrolled in Lingayen and Binmaley Campuses to assist them in the online learning. It can be recalled that President Dexter R. Buted personally went to Brgy. Mapita to invite out-of-school youth from the group to enrol in PSU. He also handed in Christmas present to the children in the community.
