Our three topnotchers in the March 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers have been hogging the limelight lately because of their remarkable achievement.
PSU, led by University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, and the topnotchers: Jose Brando Castro (Top 2), Samuel De Vera (Top 3), and Alla Mae Castro (Top 10) wish to convey their gratitude to all the media organizations and offices which interviewed and featured them in their respective media outlets.
