A vibrant convergence of culture, creativity and collegiate pride unfolded in the grand parade of the PASUC – National Culture and the Arts Festival (NCAF) in Iloilo City where hues of tradition and expressions of identity march in unity.
Each stride reflects the rich tapestry of Philippine heritage, as student-artists of 113 State Universities and Colleges across 17 regions of the country embody excellence, solidarity and the
enduring spirit of the arts.
