The Pangasinan State University top management led by University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, gathered for a meeting to assess and evaluate the first and second-quarter accomplishments of the University on July 31, 2024.
Dr. Galas shared that through the said meeting, PSU hoped to provide interventions and needed improvements in attaining targets this year.

Through the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance Management headed by Dr. Jenylyn V. Oboza, and its sub-unit, the Planning Office led by its Director, Mr. Gregorio Delos Angeles Jr., the pool of data sourced from the divisions down to the campuses were used as basis of the Midyear Balanced Scorecard.

As stipulated, the OVAFM through the University Planning Office (UPO) has prepared the Accomplishment Templates – the new Quarterly Accomplishment Report (QAR) forms to secure organized and accessible submission of needed data.
