Pangasinan State University President 𝑫𝒓. 𝑬𝒍𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒕 𝑴. 𝑮𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒔 joined Pangasinan officials and fellow academic leaders in the province during the 2nd State of the Province Address (SOPA) of Honorable Governor Ramon ‘Mon-Mon’ Guico III.
With the majestic Capitol Building as a backdrop, Governor Guico, delivered his SOPA in time for the 444th Founding Anniversary of Pangasinan today, April 5.
Entitled, ‘Pangasinan Ang Galing! Creating a Syzygy of Excellence,’ the governor elaborated on the various gains of the province for the past year as he highlighted the big-ticket projects that are considered historic marks of his leadership, including the development felt in the academic sector.
Meanwhile, President Galas said he is grateful to Gov. Mon-Mon Guico and Vice Gov. Ronald Lambino for the continuous suport of the provincial government to the endeavors of PSU.
