Resounding with rhythm, excellence and pride, Pangasinan State University’s BERNADETTE CLAIRE SIGGAOAT representing Region I, sang her way to the Top 5 spot in the Pop Solo category bringing in more points for the Ilocos Region at NCAF 2026.
Bernadette belted out the song ‘Sirena’ in the elimination round which qualified her to the Top 8 circle among the 17 regions.
She later showcased her powerful vocals with ‘Upuan’ where she bagged the fifth spot.
Pop Solo coach Mr. Christian Carvajal and Asst. Coach Ms. Ginalyn Molina were ecstatic for PSU’s win.
