Pangasinan State University (PSU) has secured a remarkable ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) worldwide and ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐,๐๐๐ organizations globally among Investors in People (IiP)-accredited institutions with 250 to 4,999 employeesโfirmly positioning the University among the top-performing organizations in people management and organizational excellence.
It can be recalled that on April 24, 2026, PSU was accorded the ๐๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง given by the UK-based Inspiring Partners, Inc., making it the ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ to receive the honor.
The results were formally revealed by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐๐ง๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ-๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ (๐๐ข๐) ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง, during the IiP Feedback Session held on May 26, 2026. In her message, she commended the University, noting that its achievement signifies a culture where leadership, trust, and continuous improvement are deeply embeddedโhallmarks of organizations that excel on the global stage.
The achievement attests to the Universityโs ability to translate strategy into meaningful outcomes that benefit its employees, students, and stakeholders.
From its earlier recognitionsโSilver in 2018 and Gold in 2021โPSUโs continued rise affirms a culture that sustains excellence and drives impact on a global scale.
