The Pangasinan State University has proven once again that it is really the home of Topnotchers!
King Nixon Castro Mabanta, a graduate of BS Architecture from PSU-Urdaneta Campus, clinched a rating of 85.60 percent and landed second place among successful examinees of the Master Plumber Licensure Examination (MPLE) released by the Professional Regulation Commission on February 2023.
