University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas conferred 𝟏,𝟑𝟖𝟗 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 in total as endorsed by the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs Dr. Manolito C. Manuel and their Campus Executive Directors Dr. Jenylyn V. Oboza (ACC), Dr. Elmer Vingua(IC), and Dr. Liza Quimson (SCC).

President Galas is elated to formally recognize this year’s graduates for this cluster.
“𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒚𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝒑𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒌𝒊𝒊𝒔𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒑𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒔 𝒔𝒂 𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒉𝒂 𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒈𝒂 𝒅𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏. 𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒃𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒌𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒈 𝒖𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒐 𝒂𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒚 𝒌𝒂𝒉𝒊𝒕 𝒔𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒈𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒐𝒌,” he stated in his message.

The day was jam-packed with respectable speakers who delivered their inspirational messages starting with First Lady Marie Louise “Liza” Marcos, followed by Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero and CHED Commissioner Prospero “Popoy” De Vera through a video greeting.

The University is humbled by the physical presence of Senator Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito who served as guest of honor and speaker for the third cluster.

Sen. Ejercito imparted to the graduates that there is no smooth road to success.
“𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆, 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔…𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒚 𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊 𝒔𝒂 𝒌𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒏𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒑𝒂, 𝒌𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒊 𝒔𝒂 𝒌𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒌𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒑𝒂,” Sen. Ejercito quipped.
“𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒃𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒖𝒔, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆,” he added.

Further, Sen. Ejercito made the day even more special by giving gold medals to fifteen notable student leaders of the three campuses and were given the JV Ejercito Leadership Award. These students are mostly leaders of various student organizations.

The morning graduation was filled with surprises and dedication, owing to the good management of the University Officials led by President Elbert M. Galas and the three Vice Presidents – Dr. Manolito C. Manuel, Dr. Razeale Resultay and Dr. Dexter R. Buted (6th University President), Campus Officials, faculty and administrative staff, distinguished guests, students and the stakeholders that pulled off this remarkable event.

This year’s graduates are truly blessed with the best college-life despite the previous pandemic years that started their journey.
