๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐‡๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐“๐ฐ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ-๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ž (๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—) qualified applicants from different fields of expertise who were initially subjected to a qualifying examination, undergo the last phase of the screening process.

The Panel Interview was conducted from ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ– ๐ญ๐จ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ of the current year and was facilitated by the ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž (๐‡๐‘๐Œ๐ƒ๐Ž) under the lead of the ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐Œ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐š๐ซ๐ (๐‡๐‘๐Œ๐๐’๐), headed by the ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž๐Ÿ ๐€๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐€๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐ˆ๐š๐ง ๐ƒ. ๐„๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š, along with other members of the HRMPSB.

The results of the selection process will then be submitted by the HRMPSB to the HRMDO โ€“ Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) Unit which in turn will endorse the rank list to the Office of the President for his approval.
