๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ-๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ (๐๐๐) qualified applicants from different fields of expertise who were initially subjected to a qualifying examination, undergo the last phase of the screening process.
The Panel Interview was conducted from ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ of the current year and was facilitated by the ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ (๐๐๐๐๐) under the lead of the ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐๐ซ๐ (๐๐๐๐๐๐), headed by the ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐, along with other members of the HRMPSB.
The results of the selection process will then be submitted by the HRMPSB to the HRMDO โ Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) Unit which in turn will endorse the rank list to the Office of the President for his approval.
