𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 (𝟒𝟐𝟗) qualified applicants from different fields of expertise who were initially subjected to a qualifying examination, undergo the last phase of the screening process.
The Panel Interview was conducted from 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟎𝟖 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟐 of the current year and was facilitated by the 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐇𝐑𝐌𝐃𝐎) under the lead of the 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 (𝐇𝐑𝐌𝐏𝐒𝐁), headed by the 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐚𝐧 𝐃. 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚, along with other members of the HRMPSB.
The results of the selection process will then be submitted by the HRMPSB to the HRMDO – Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) Unit which in turn will endorse the rank list to the Office of the President for his approval.
