The HRMDO conducted a virtual orientation program for newly-hired personnel of PSU on October 23, 2020.
Said program aims to inform the newly-hired personnel regarding the processes and management systems of PSU in terms of Performance Management Process, BIR Policies and Guidelines, Compensation and Benefits and the Rights and Privileges of Employees which were discussed by selected university officials.
At the end of the event, Dr. Ian Evangelista, Director for HRMDO, led the oathtaking of 180 Newly-Hired personnel followed by a parting message by VPAASS Dr. Manolito Manuel.
