The University expresses a unified aspiration with the CHED in embarking transformative innovation to bring quality standards of education under the leadership of Dr. Ferrer.
Dr. Ferrer’s undeniable passion for excellent leadership and outstanding education is evidently manifested during her collegiate years with the University as a BSEd- Major in English student, Class of 2003.
The newly installed CHED-1 Regional Director was also a former Editor-in-Chief of The Reflector, the official publication of Bayambang campus, and a recipient of the ๐๐๐ก๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐ค๐๐๐ given last December during the historic Centennial Anniversary of the campus in recognition of her invaluable contributions in the field of education.
Moreover, she earned her postgraduate degrees at PSU’s School of Advanced Studies. In 2005, she graduated Master of Arts in Education major in English and Doctor of Education major in Educational Management, class of 2009.
Para sa mga kabataan at sa ikauunlad ng bayan, ang PSU ay saludo sa inyong angking galing at natatanging pamumuno.
