As an extension of the Teacher’s Month Celebration, the faculty members of Pangasinan State University (PSU) convened virtually in a webinar to discuss the benefits of employees from GSIS and PhilHealth with emphasis on the Covid-related programs on November 12, 2021.

Entitled “Titser, Titser, Alam mo ba ito”, the PSU Faculty Association (PSU FA) led by Dr. Juliet Menor invited keynote speakers directly from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and Government Services Insurance System (GSIS) to reiterate the membership registration processes, as well as the services applicable to government employees.

Considering the Covid-19 pandemic, these government agencies added and updated their packages suitable for probable situations during this time of pandemic.

On the other hand, Mr. Frederick Parjas of GSIS presented the compensation benefits, and other loans, and even life insurance that can be availed by the beneficiaries. Through this significant event, the faculty members were able to relay their clarifications to such privilege.
